What are the benefits?

From the marketing of cybernetic and robotic technology we can achieve very good results, such as for manufacturers if new robots are marketed to them then they can cut costs from hiring people and mass produce whatever they are making at a faster rate, they may also market robots in order to take care of the elderly and to do more dangerous jobs so that we won't have to. As for cybernetic technology the marketing of such technology would be a drastic help in the medical field. It could mean that people wouldn't have to suffer the life as an amputee or live with a mental disabilities; it will greatly benefit the sick and the disabled.

On the other hand however if robots are mass produced then more people will be losing their jobs to the robots causing them to become unemployed, we may also become more and more dependent on the robots or the cybernetic technology that we will not know how to live without it! The marketing of the cybernetic technology may also lead to more dangerous situations where if put into the wrong hands then people's lives will be at risk and also there it will be conflicting with many religious faiths causing many issues to be raised that will be very difficult to deal with; also there is a factor that must consider how it will be used among countries we cannot be sure that people will not take advantage of it and used the technology in their military during war. With great power comes great responsibility(Spider man)that will be a major factor in play but the question is can we be responsible for the consequences of such power?

There is also the problem of legality whether it should be totally legalized or not.Well the legality of the mass marketing of it shouldn't be legalized but if it is sold for the sake of medical procedures such as helping someone replace a lost arm or overcome a mental disability then it should be alright. Legalizing robotic and cyborg technology should be limited to the sources that will benefit all of human kind.
